In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, doing charity work for Boston Children’s Hospital, and playing video games.
Adam has been a good friend of Mel Conde for a long time, and brings along the same amount of experience and customer focus to the business. Christian is one of our office employees, and the son of Mel Conde. With incredible typing speed, the ability to adapt at any given situation, and over 12 years of computer experience, Christian is known to be tech savvy & a quick learner. In his free time, he enjoys training MMA, making and listening to music, spending time with family, and watching shows.
With a decade of roofing expertise, Alex has mastered various roofing systems used across the industry. His favorite part of being in this profession is seeing happy & satisfied customers. In his downtime, he enjoys quality time with family and friends, savoring good food and fun.
With over 30 years of experience in exterior remodeling, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge and craftsmanship to every project he oversees. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right make him a trusted leader on the Conde Roofing & Construction team. When he’s not managing projects, Tim enjoys coaching his kids’ hockey team—bringing the same passion, teamwork, and dedication to the rink that he does to every job site.
Lonnie is our Veteran Estimator, extremely hard worker, and the #1 name remembered when customers talk about exceptional service. Friendly, customer focused, and a seasoned roofing veteran, Lonnie is the expert you want looking at your roof. In his spare time, he loves spending time enjoying the NH lakes and relaxing with family.
Since moving back from Utah, where he honed his sales and customer service skills, Tyler has brought a fresh perspective to the team. Growing up in southern New Hampshire and learning the ropes of home remodeling from his father, he’s proud to serve his local community with a lifetime of experience. When he’s not working, you’ll probably find him out on the slopes, mountain biking, or just enjoying the great New Hampshire outdoors.
Kirsten runs our website from start to finish. She maintains the web design and server integrity, reports on SEO traffic and lead performance, and collaborates on all digital marketing and social media efforts. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for her expertise. She’s in Boston, but works all-over.
