I cannot recommend this company enough. I am former military, so professionalism and integrity is something I look for in any company or merchant I do business with. Conde Roofing and Construction has it in spades. From the estimate to the completion of our new roof, If you're in the market for roof replacement or service, at the very least, inquire about a free estimate. If you like how that goes, you'll definitely be happy with the complete job. Mel and his team are top notch. Incredibly thorough, down to Earth and they don't try to oversell. If I need them for anything more that's in their wheelhouse, I'll be returning to Conde. Keep up the good work.

Alex and his team was able to come out right away to help with the built up ice dams on our house. They made channels and drained quite a bit of built up water. They cleaned up the work areas of debris so it was even more cleared of snow and ice than it was when they got here. Thanks Conde!

Nick and team replaced my roof ( and 2 sheds roofs) last week. What a team! Brutally hot but they worked like a well run machine. It was also the day of my wife’s mother’s wake and they knew that. People in and out all day of house all day but were protected by their set ups and their helping us get in and out by adjusting or pausing as needed. Conde Roofing & Construction LLC did an outstanding job last week replacing the old vinyl siding on my home with CertainTeed Cedar Impressions. I specifically wanted this product and they offered a lifetime warranty on it. The owner prides himself on customer service and it shows in every interaction from obtaining a quote to project completion. Jeremiah, the crew foreman, lead a team that worked tirelessly over 6 days to transform the exterior of the house. I could not be happier with the result. Jeremiah uncovered and solved water damage problems from the improper original house construction and from a deck addition. His prior experience in home construction was invaluable in fixing the structural problems that were encountered. I recommend this construction company without any reservation.

I was very satisfied and impressed with the work performed by Conde Roofing & Construction re-shingling our detached garage and shed. They came in the highest of the contractor bids I received, but they were worth it. Mel thoroughly explained his approach and the materials his team would use, and warrantied his work/materials better than the other contractors. I was amazed how quickly and efficiently his team performed the actual work, without sacrificing any quality. They were also very diligent about clean-up, which I appreciated. I would unquestionably use them again and recommend them to others.

We had a smaller job that needed to be done. A severe wind storm tore off some 13.5 feet worth of our fascia capping near the roof. Katie was such a help setting up from start to finish of the repair! The work completed by Mr. Santiago's crew was top notch and looks great! Lonnie and the team at Conde Roofing did an outstanding job of replacing our roof. Lonnie did a fantastic job explaining the process and was extremely patient and helpful as we decided our replacement shingles coloring. The Conde Team did a fantastic job replacing the shingles. They did a great job of protecting our brick walkway and the the many shrubs that surround our house. Their cleanup when they were done was impressive, you would never know they were there. I am so pleased we selected Lonnie and the Conde Team to replace our roof. Everyone was extremely helpful from the office staff to the workers replacing the roof. Great craftmanship!
